About Me

I’ve lived many lives—veteran, mother, writer, advocate, & survivor.  My journey has been shaped by transition, identity shifts, and the quiet strength it takes to keep showing up.

From the discipline of military life to the tenderness of motherhood, from silencing my voice to reclaiming it through poetry and truth-telling—I’ve learned that healing isn’t linear, and growth isn’t always graceful. Just Being Sach was born from those in-between moments. The ones where you don’t have all the answers, but you keep going anyway.

This platform isn’t about perfection—it’s about presence. It’s about building something real from the raw, and if my story reminds even one person that they’re not alone, then I’m walking in my purpose.

Mission

To create a space that honors real stories, uplifts real voices, and supports women—especially veterans and mothers, as they navigate healing, identity, and growth. Through storytelling, advocacy, and creativity, I aim to make room for others to show up as they are.

Vision

To help normalize truth-telling and self-discovery in spaces where silence was once survival. I envision a world where authenticity leads, healing is celebrated, and women feel empowered to grow—out loud and on their own terms.
